Responsible For

Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, and account status
Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction
Process orders, returns, and payments as needed
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Document customer interactions and ensure records are up to date in company systems
Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
