  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues or account support
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, or network problems, providing step-by-step guidance to resolve issues
  • Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the system
  • Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their issues and ensure follow-up until resolution
  • Stay informed about product updates, system improvements, and company policies to offer the best support
  • Assist with account setup, password recovery, and other related inquiries
